The Execution Phase of the marketing plan is the stage where the strategies and tactics outlined in the plan proposal are put into action. It involves implementing, monitoring, and optimizing the various marketing activities to achieve the defined objectives. Here are some of the activities that will be covered.

Campaign Launch

We start by coordinating the launch of various marketing campaigns and initiatives as per the timeline outlined in the proposal of the marketing plan. If applicable, we ensure that all relevant individuals or departments within the organization, such as marketing, sales, design, and content creation, are aligned and working together smoothly.  This could also apply to outsourced resources depending on the case.

Content Creation and Distribution

Content Development Create and publish content across various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, info-graphics, and more.

Consistency Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and the posting schedule to build trust and familiarity with the audience.

Content Promotion Actively promote and distribute content through appropriate channels to reach the target audience.  Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns, such as pay-per-click (PPC) ads, display ads, and social media advertising.  When applicable, execute special promotions or offers as outlined in the approved marketing plan to attract and retain customers.

Social Media Management

Regularly update social media profiles with engaging and relevant content.  Manage Community Engagement by responding to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to foster community and build brand loyalty.

Monitor Marketing Performance

 Tracking each campaigns is essential as this stage as it will demonstrate what works and doesn’t.  All metrics for each campaign needs to be continuously monitored.  This will be the data points to be used in the next iteration of the process to fine tune the marketing strategy,
